Get the Most Bang for your Banking Buck!
TMAC Annual conference, September, 2005 - Victoria, Canada

Treasury professionals are under increasing pressure to get the most out of their banking relationships, while Financial Institutions are focused on increasing the returns from their corporate customer relationships. Is there any middle ground in this type of market? This session explores this question from three hands-on perspectives: a corporate treasury practitioner, a banking relationship manager, and an independent banking consultant. It looks at key drivers and measures of success from each perspective, and offers ideas on how to develop relationship management strategies to meet specific needs.
