Kristy is the President of Duncan Consulting. She is a leading specialist in online and offline banking solutions, and helps clients develop strategies for new initiatives in financial services. She has chaired a number of industry groups in North America, including the Electronic Payments Association's Cross Border Council, and the Canadian Payments Association's EDI Support Group.

Kristy has been working as a management consultant in financial services since 1998. She has spearheaded many consulting projects, and helped clients achieve significant results. Her experience spans a wide range of issues across financial services- including product marketing and positioning, project management, strategy, and policy issues.

Kristy has held senior roles at a major bank, where she gained hands-on experience in the areas of Electronic Banking, Corporate Banking, Risk Management, Finance, and Operations.

In 1998, Kristy founded WEMS, Women Engineers Mentoring Students. WEMS is a mentoring program for women engineering students wanting career guidance from established women engineers on a personal basis. To date, over 200 students have benefited from this program.

Kristy graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Engineering. She is a registered Professional Engineer, as well as a permanent Certified Cash Manager

Kristy has been invited to speak at numerous industry conferences across North America and Europe, on the topic of emerging payments issues. More recent presentations include:
