Drazen’s strong commitment to team leadership has resulted in many successful implementations of IS/IT solutions.

As an example of his work, Drazen developed an e-commerce-driven IT strategy for a major property and casualty insurance industry organization, that resulted in cost savings of $1 million in the first year.

Drazen has also developed a service level management program and transition plan to outsource customer relationship management (CRM) data warehouse for a major bank. Program modifications reduced the division's operational budget by 25%.

In the capacity of Acting Director, IS Drazen led change management, planning and operational activities, managed the IS team, and was responsible for managing front, middle and back office capability for the Investment and Wealth Management Division of a major Canadian life insurance organization.
